We accept almost anything, so it's easy to state what we don't accept:

We test everything after we receive it. The tools needs to work as it is intended to be used.

No fake items

We accept all brands. But we cannot accept fake branded items. Our team are trained to spot these.

We accept tools in any condition, they just need to be in good working order. We test it after receiving it. 

If you tool is covered in scratches, adhesive, plaster etc. It will still be accepted, but the better the condition, the more we are able to pay you.  

To ensure you get the money instantly we pay via bank transfer. We always pay within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

We accept tools in any condition, they just need to be:
1) In good working order. We test it after received it. 
2) Be clear of any any-theft markings. This includes names, initials, engravings or paint markers. We understand that you may has added these markings yourself, but just to be extra cautious, we won't accept it. Sorry. 

If you tool is covered in scratches, adhesive, plaster etc. It will still be accepted, but the better the condition, the more we are able to pay you.  

We'll send you an evri postage label. You can print the label at home or you can print it in the store. You are responsible for packing the item yourself and taking it to the parcel shop.

For us to accept the tool it has to be:

If we receive the tool and it either doesn't work, or it has anti-theft markings.  That means we can't accept it. We will contact you and discuss the options, we can return it to you (at your cost) or we can recycle it for you for free. 

We refurbish your tools after we bought them, including cleaning the tool, inspecting the internal mechanisms, replacing any worn parts. After they have been refurbished we re-sell them with a 12-month warranty. You get paid; we keep the tools in circulation so they don't go to landfill, and someone else gets the pleasure of using your tool knowing that it's been freshly refurbished and has a 12 month warranty. It's a win-win-win for all parties. 

You need to send your tools within 7 days of receiving the postage label. If we havn't received your items within 14 days, the offer may no longer be valid, and upon receipt, we may have to adjust the valuation. 

Yes, just send us a photo of the tool and one of our in-house tools specialist will identify it for you.
